Job Title: IT Systems Administrator
Full Job Description
Role Purpose:
Provide both physical and technical support to relevant employees and be a focal point, on site, for all support and operational requirements. Maintenance of the physical supporting IT infrastructure including hardware, facilities, power, network etc.


  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support for 30+ users involving basic Windows 7 and 10
  • Server administration: 2003/2008/2012
  • Microsoft Office suites (also providing ad-hoc training when required)
  • Internal CRM applications
  • Bespoke software systems
  • Basic administration and troubleshooting for Microsoft Exchange on prem and 365 Cloud
  • Account and profile creation/administration for new and existing users using Active Directory
  • Data management and monitoring on servers
  • Hardware and software upgrades and administration for PC /laptop/thin client including installation and troubleshooting
  • Support for IP based telephony hardware and any other assistance that is required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • 3-4 years of relevant hands-on experience in small to medium organization (multi-site)
  • Good hardware experience or background
  • Windows 10 installation/support and administration
  • Familiarity with Windows Server technologies 2008/2012 and upwards
  • Active Directory, GPO, and Security
  • Microsoft Office 2013 and above
  • Microsoft Outlook including OWA
  • Backup software/hardware and procedures
  • Familiarity with Exchange 2013 Server and Cloud
  • Active Directory Services 2008 and above
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and general, basic WAN/LAN troubleshooting capabilities
  • Can-do attitude and positive approach

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
