Job Title: Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk
$50,000 – $60,000 a year
Bookkeeping: 3 years (Required)

  • Associates Degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of accounting/payroll experience required
  • Proficiency and aptitude for applicable software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Dynamic GP.)
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to maintain sensitive information in confidence
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and positive relationship-building skills

Full Job Description

  • AR /Bookkeeping Responsibilities
  • Assure timely collection of monies due to corporation
  • Assure timely and accurate invoicing monitoring
  • Ability to manage and follow up with multiple customers and track status of payment
  • Manage Customer profiles and remittance information
  • Manage cash application making sure all cash receipts are applied properly
  • Assure that the company’s standard template regarding invoice sample is in place for every customer
  • Make recommendations to improve the quality of invoicing and collection procedures.
  • Weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents
  • Work collaboratively with Sales and Operations
  • Perform ad hoc projects as needed
  • Office Manager
  • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Manage relationship with office vendors
  • Manage office budget, purchasing of office / Work from Home expenses
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary
  • Continuing to improve the processes
  • Manage samples orders and tracking process


  • Dealing with various customers and intercompany relationships
  • Data Entry Skills; Excel Knowledge is a must

  • 5 + Previous bookkeeping experience
  • QuickBooks and NetSuite experience is plus
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
